Last week, I requested a refund and was informed it would be processed, but today I was advised to contact the courier myself. I demand my refund and will be reporting this issue to the relevant authorities.

It took over two weeks for my son's trainers to arrive. Unfortunately, they were too small, and when I tried to exchange them, I was told their policy doesn't allow for exchanges or refunds, contradicting what is stated on their website. I’m quite frustrated with this inconsistency.
Stay away from this company! I would give zero stars if I could. They sent trainers that were not what I ordered and only offered a partial refund when I tried to return them. They are not following their stated return policy and I am pursuing legal action to recover my money. The trainers are of poor quality and seem counterfeit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
