For me, GLEAC is a place to learn, grow, and stay connected with what’s going on out there. I’m really not here for the earning aspect; I am here for the feeling of community and the excitement of learning new things almost every day.Sally Ann has created a diverse multi-talented community and she never lets them settle…there is always something on offer that sparks deeper thought, discussion and out-of-the-box (polymath?) thinking; and it seems like almost every week there is some new offering from the GLEAC team specially designed to promote, educate and support its members. I’m always delighted to hear of huge wins for its talented members in their amazing journeys. Well done GLEAC!

If I could give this Wisdom Walk 10 stars🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠 I would!! Such a lovely experience getting to meet these wonderful women in person. I learned so much about their work and gained connections I had no idea even existed before this walk. The energy was high and the day was perfect for a walk that invigorated my body and inspired my mind. The questions were a hoot and made me consider new angles for my own journey as well. My only question is...When is the next one??
Getting to know some Trini lovely humans from the Gleac community was great. It was especially comforting to learn that a few are like me in not being very active mentors and not actively engaging with the Gleac app and micro practices. Gleac is doing well connecting us in person. The experience could have been better if the interviews had been conducted a little differently. Eg while on the walk we could have all been asked to respond to one question and all took turns to answer. I think that would have sparked some fun laughter and responses. Then walk a bit and then all take turns to respond to a next question listening to each other in the process. Etc. Instead of each person being interviewed with all questions at once. That system was a bit too formal. Maybe the editing will arrange it that way. We ll see.
I attended some of AI Labs sessions with Gleac experts and it was impressive to see how AI is transforming not only businesses, but the world as we know it. I especially enjoy the interaction with the team members and immersion that the practice sessions allowed.
