Time slot advised in advance. Paul & Sam were great guys and most helpful. They asked where we wanted it put and unpackaged the item so we could see everything was ok with our purchase which we are very pleased with. Once again thanks to Paul and Sam cheers guys 👍
I received this item just after 6pm today, the delivery guys were great carried the items into the hallway but unfortunately one of the boxes is damaged causing damage to the item inside. Your delivery guys have photographic evidence along with myself. I will be contacting the company I bought it from first thing in the morning as I'm very unhappy that it's damaged
Great communication, they called prior 30 minutes before time, they already had my address but he still called me when he got to the building, asking which floor and door number because I live in a flat, something most deliveries don’t do nowadays, they just leave them downstairs and leave, I’m really impressed about this team, I’m soo happy,
We had a piece of furniture delivered from Roseland Furniture. The two delivery guys - Sam and Paul - were great, very respectful of my home and nothing was to much trouble. All in all an awesome delivery experience and Sam and Paul are certainly a credit to SGK Distribution.
Good communication via text message and email. I also received a phone call providing an exact delivery time.
Both male persons delivering were careful and polite.
Photographs were taken of my furniture and unwrapped.

The 2 guys that delivered the furniture were first class cannot fault them. However I was given a time slot of between 1500hrs and 1800hrs but my delivery never arrived until 1745 hrs. We waited in all day. I found this to be unacceptable
They delivered promptly at the stated time. They were polite and went to take off their shoes, but we only have tiles so I told them not to bother.

What a great delivery company. Cannot fault them. Was E mailed a date and delivery time and on that morning got a call to say they were 30 minutes away and arrived bang on time. Excellent
Great communication at all times regarding the delivery process. I was able to accept the timing and date I was given or change to another date. On the date of delivery I was text advising they would be earlier and again given the option to accept an earlier time or decline. The delivery arrived and the guys were friendly and efficient and delivered my mattress straight into the bedroom. First class service.
Delivery was done on time and communication was clear. When they arrived they were very patient and helpful and put the boxes exactly as I requested in a friendly manner.
