Ordered 2 wedding bands and arrived wrong size so paid for next day delivery to get them exchanged only to have the replacement rings the wrong size too. Very disappointed as the rings looked beautiful. Currently waiting on a reply email after i asked for a full refund
Ordered necklace for valentine's day and paid for guaranteed next day deliver. However went on to track order and it is saying it won't be here till the 19th to 21st of February. I paid for next day delivery not two weeks! Can't get through to customer service at all as no phone number and no reply to emails or on live chat. Now I'm down money and present. Shouldn't be telling me and allowing me to pay for guaranteed next day delivery to then send out two weeks after it meant to be here this was actually a special gift and now been ruined.
I ordered a ring at beginning of january, no ring ever came,just lies about dates and production, its a scam, its not in Ireland, there is ni jewellery, they are fake appraisals herr. I was scammed DONT BUY FROM GLENCARA , SCAM
Update , they still write to me telling me theyll speed up prooduction of ring etc, they said it was posted two weeks ago, they lie lie lie, cant get a staight answer, Doubt if they are in Ireland, they manufacture own reviews, this company is a scam, I was meant to propose to my love and these crooks screwed me .
do not shop from glencara!! they gave me delivery dates, but only shipped it out after those dates had passed. I ordered for a gift knowing it would come on time, but they completely lied, still hasn’t arrived and customer service is awful too. they weren't helpful at all.

I purchased a Celtic infinity ring to honor my aunt and had it engraved with her name. It arrived fitting perfectly and is quite beautiful. However, the image was quite deceptive; I expected a chunkier ring for better readability of the engraving. Instead, the ring is small, very thin, and lightweight, reminiscent of something you'd find in a holiday cracker. Given that it’s engraved, I’m left with little option but to save for a replacement in the future. The service seemed decent, but I was supposed to hear back and have yet to receive a response. If you're aiming for something more substantial, be cautious with their images.
This has been the most frustrating experience I've had. I opted for expedited shipping with a "Guaranteed" delivery for Christmas on the 19th-20th of December. I have STILL NOT RECEIVED my order or heard back from the support team. Unacceptable.
