I bought 100 phone minutes for Southeast Asia, followed the installation instructions for the eSIM and app, but when I tried to make a call, it failed: 'the call was not covered by my contract.' I uninstalled the service, and it felt like money wasted.
I've been using this app for a couple of years, and it has always been excellent since I don't have to waste time searching for shops selling regular SIM cards at inflated prices. I had a minor issue today when my confirmation letter didn't reach my email. I contacted support through the app, and they promptly sent it. However, upon arriving in the country, the SIM cards didn't work. I reached out again, and a representative assisted me quickly and even provided a discount code for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service, even when rare problems arise (this is my first issue after nine other eSIM purchases).
I ordered an eSIM plan that included the ability to make phone calls in South America. The price was very reasonable, especially since only a few providers offer phone calls. I encountered two issues (one was due to my mistake) and needed to contact support twice. The latest problem was with the eSIM installation, and a representative assisted me quickly, competently, and courteously! Great job! By the way, for phone calls, the app must be used, but that’s not a disadvantage for me.
