We have been using the Gloria Food ordering platform in our restaurant for the past 3 years. The user interface is well thought out and intuitive and the customer support is second to none! Our customers always comment on how friendly the ordering process is! It has only been getting better over the years, we have never encountered a problem. Highly recommend for any restaurant, big or small.
Just happened to stumble upon Gloria Foods while looking for online order platforms. I was initially attracted to them because of the stellar reviews. Seemed hard to imagine a company with such great customer service. When I think of great customer service My thoughts went to the likes of Apple Computers or Charles Schwab brokerage. But no more...Gloria foods is now the gold standard in my opinion. Often times you find one or two customer service reps that excel. But I think Gloria Food must clone their customer service reps in a lab somewhere....they are all “top drawer” great. Sure glad I found them. And OBTW the menu app is fantastic. I am a computer dummy, and even I find it a breeze to use. Thanks to all at GF for making it happen.
We had some issue regarding the customers' pick-up system at the store due to the limited space, but the system text you can put on the check-out page helped us motivating more customers to pay online instead of pay in person, which is making the site more smooth and less stressful for both customers and our staff!
