I am new to this platform so i come across a lot of doubts and often needs more info from time to time .i just go directly to chat support and ask . They are the ultimate best in supporting you. what ever you ask they give you a solution or answer . if it cannot be done they will say it "cannot be done" . if they dont have an answer immediately they will come back to you with an answer /feedback asap .
