I ordered pizza from Little Caesars in Livingston Texas at least twice a week and for the past month my pizza gets worse I just ordered a five meat treat Pizza and got a three meat treat pizza for the price of a five meat asked for original crust half of its original another half thin I ask for extra Italian sausage and I barely get any Italian sausage I'm getting really disappointed with Little Caesars pizza and they were my favorite cuz I like their sauce but I'm thinking about going to Domino's now even though they're a little pricier oh well at least you get what you pay for
The location in Miramar on University has horrible telephone customer services and food service. I called to notify them that I have hair in my pizza and they pick up the phone and laid it down without taking the call. I just left there with another customer was complaining about them not answering and leaving him on hold for 20mins. This type of service is unacceptable I don't care how cheap the food is, I shouldn't have to bit into my pizza and hair is pulling like its cheese. Im very grossed out. And to add injury to insult they still haven't picked up the phone and I hear them in the background. Horrible just horrible.
I ordered a Hawaiian pizza which should have been ham and pineapple. Currently my mouth is burning and nose is running from some very spicy something that is in my Hawaiian pizza. Not happy! I don't do spicy and hot and no one at the store was interested in my complaint. Poor quality control.

Why are the food chains so anal. Little Caesars has advertised Detroit style cheese sticks half of it is like a deep dish pizza and the other half are cheese sticks so I did not want pepperoni I want it sausage he says I can have sausage. Apologize and said well I can give you a small sausage pizza for $8.99 yeah that might have been okay if that's what I wanted but I wanted the Detroit style cheese sticks. These people are even district managers or store managers they are just a regular employees and you're there to make sure the experience is good for the customer not to shun them away with stupid rules.
Both items ordered were cold and the quality was -0. I am a long time customer, I understand short staff, but your product quality is horrible. I think moving forward i will not waiste my hard earned dollars on sub par food. I am disappointed to say the least
The first time I went there they completely butchered my order, and I didn't realize it until I got home. This time the kids saw they had 2 large 1 topping pizzas for 4.99 each. Went to order and it was charging me 19$ for it. Went to check out and it wouldn't give me the sale price even though I clicked on the special on the main page, and even put the "pizza pizza" code on the order. They are a cluster truck, don't waste your time, get Domino's cheaper and far better.
I placed an online order tonight for 3 pizzas 2 stuffed crust and a half sausage and half Hawaiian. I get to the store because it said my order was ready I get inside and I still waited 20 minutes for my order. I get home( I live 15 mins away) and 2 of my pizzas were wrong! I called them and I gave them my name and order number and they said they could remake the 2 pizzas that were wrong and to pick them up in 20 min. I get to the store and I give them my name to the them what happened and that I was picking up my pizzas and the guy said that he had no idea I was picking them up so I had to wait again another 20 min. Worst customer service ever!!!
Ordered a delivery order. Had driver switched a total of 5 times over the course of just over 2 hours only for the final driver to call to tell me my order couldn't be made because they were out of crazy bread dough and asked if I could cancel the order. Once I was off the call I received notification that the company had cancelled my order on their end. I thought no biggie, I'll just wait for this money to go back into my account and order somewhere else. Wrong. I had to wait 8 BUSINESS days to receive the refund. I have never waited any longer than 24-48hrs from ANY other establishment for a refund. Let alone one for an order I didn't physically cancel myself....needless to say I will not be ordering from here again, at least not online.
