This is one awesome software company, they provide self build online ordering tools for restaurants. Its so easy to set up and do. You can tell a lot of thought has gone in to making this one tool almost perfect, it can handle pickups, delivery, you can set different zones on a map each with different minimum orders. And nearly everything is provided for free, only if you want to add online card payment facility do you have to pay. I was so impressed I wanted to sign up for everything they offered. The software offers ongoing tools to help your restaurant become a success; search engine optimised website, they offer email marketing campaigns, they have incredible online Management Information System with KPIs etc. Honestly this company is the factor behind our success in transitioning from dine in to takeaway and delivery since the pandemic started. I set the whole online ordering system up myself and was trading in 24 hours.If I had one gripe, and I can only think of one, is that they don't offer customisations. Tip: Better download the system on a Android tablet, we were using an iPad before but it slowed down the iPad. I've spent quite some time trying out different online ordering systems and Glori seems to be the hands down winner. Pros: it's free if you only want to accept payment on pickup, zero commision on all orders, 24/7 chat support (great support), the order receiving app works on basically any device.. mine is just setup on a $80 android tablet and I have not had an issue.Cons: the ability to mark an item as sold out via the order taking app would be great.
Great tool for any restaurant. I use it for a pizzeria business and i was able to create my menu with different topping/price combinations based on a pizza size. Highly recommend using these services. Easy to connect to wifi printers and accept incoming orders in real time. Great customer support team!!! Thank you GloriaFood team!!!
