Review Time
Bought a Model O Pro on clearance, developed double click issues after 7 months. Emailed support showing proof, and they agreed to ship me an O2 Pro as replacement. The whole back and forth took barely half an hour, very responsive!
Great support - I had one key light go dim and another go black, assumed it was a switch problem. Nope - all those LED's are part of the keyboard. Their tech assist response to an email was immediate and accurate; had to reset software. But I'd unnecessarily ordered a box of switches (brown gateron), and they offered to take them back, so I'll probably do that. ($45 I didn't need to spend!) But...why not sell individual switches, should one go bad? IDK, maybe they just DON'T go bad? Good product, weird that it did what it did - but good that it could be fixed with a reset. I should have gone to their "contact us" first!
GMMK V2 keyboard an expensive option, that does not work. I have their mouse aswell and the software "glorious core" for both, is insanely bad. My keyboard and many many other peoples, just does not work, button presses not registered and in some cases duplicated. A lot can be found on this issue on online help forums, where the glorious team answers questions with solution like update the software, hardware reset and so on. Which does NOT solve the problem, they are considering you for a fool, THEIR HARDWARE IS IMPROPERLY ASSEMBLED AND BREAKS A LOT ! I actually wasted my hard earned money here...
I had an issue with my mouse and so i knew about the warranty, I quickly emailed the customer service team and i got the fastest most helpful response i could have gotten they resolved the issue and even made sure i knew how to claim my warranty. I lost the ssn for the mouse i bought and even without it they helped me figure out an alternative and they gave me store credit so i could just buy a new one they were truly helpful and i would totally recommend asking any questions you may have!
