An hour after ordering item I tried to cancel order cause I found out someone else got the same game for my kiddo...I was told it was too late to cancel cause it was already processed. Received the item after a couple months and contacted them again about returning it cause it's a duplicate and they will not let me return it for my money back...will NEVER deal with this place again they are HORRIBLE!!
The item was shipped from abroad without any notification, and this information wasn't available on the website. It's been nearly two weeks since it was dispatched, yet it's still stuck in customs. I reached out to the support team prior to shipping to cancel the order, but they refused. Since then, there has been no response to my emails. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller!
This service is incredibly frustrating! It's a total scam!!!! I ordered an item specifically for Halloween, and two months later, I still haven't received it. I've emailed them numerous times, but all I get is the same response to just wait for the product, as it might be something I like!!! I'm beyond furious that they refuse to issue a refund. Halloween has come and gone, and I have no use for the product anymore! Scammers!!! Scammers!!!
