I was very disappointed in the service that was provided. I had a rash after trying the products. I request to cancel the 2nd shipment, but they said they cant cancel once the item is shipped. I get it, no big deal, it was my fault for not cancel it before the shipment. However, I requested to cancel the subscription in April 2025. Thought that it was taken care of, yet another shipment arrived after 6 months. Nothing against the products since I never get to experience the full effects of it. But definitely disappointed in their customer service
I was out of the country and had cancelled my account but during my absence they charged NINE TIMES even though I repeatedly told them to STOP. What is worse is that they did not even send the product!!!!!! I only even received one package.
In total, I was charged over $900 to receive that single package which did not even work!
I repeatedly requested cancellation, yet the charges continued regardless. My requests were ignored and payments were taken without consent.
Of course I plan to take legal action, but I should not have to be stressed into doing so. They should simply have cancelled the subscription when I asked and not continued charging me after repeated requests to stop.
The only way to stop the charges now appears to be changing my bank details, which is time consuming as I have to change all my drafts and is unacceptable.
The company displays numerous positive reviews on its website, yet there is no obvious way for customers to leave a review themselves. That raises serious concerns about the authenticity of those testimonials. If you look online, you will also find multiple independent sources advising people not to use this company.
This has been an extremely distressing and unacceptable experience. I strongly urge others to RUN from this fraudulent company.

Exercise caution with this service as I placed an order for 6 months' supply but only received 3 months' worth. I reached out to them about this issue, and they informed me that the dosing strength has been doubled, meaning I received only 12 serums instead of 24. This information does not align with what is stated on their website and is quite misleading. Be wary! They claimed it was discounted, but that does not seem to be the case.
Terrible support experience! I have attempted multiple times to cancel my subscription but have not received any reply. Now I am forced to cancel my credit card to prevent further charges. I strongly advise against ordering from this service.
I've been using the Microneedling product for five months and I couldn't be more satisfied! I even purchased some for my mom. It's user-friendly, and you can definitely feel it at work (the needles provide a slight pinch), and then you notice your skin healing and rejuvenating. This is far more convenient and cost-effective than visiting a pricey medspa for treatments. Absolutely love it!!!!
