Ordered and received goods but not what…

Ordered and received goods but not what I had in mind. Had to ask 3 times for their return address. Returned for a refund weeks ago but no refund. Absolutely terrible. Will persevere but advise to avoid like the plague!

Complete scam

Complete scam, avoid at all costs. Have been waiting a month for my order. No reaction to emails except auto-generated responses 'your order will arrive in 10 working days'. Now escalated with PayPal resolution, and unsurprisingly no response to that either.Avoid, unless you like to flush money down the toilet.

Bad customer service

Ordered a box going off Martin Lewis website discount code but still haven't received order. Ordered on 10th April & have also emailed asking where order is but have had no reply! Will now try to get a refund. Very poor customer service & would not recommend using this company

No items recieved! Not Ordering Again!

No items recieved still, ordered on the 10th April, website states delivery up to 5 working days, but to allow +1 at peak (not sure how April would be considered peak). 14 days later I have not recieved my items. The correspondence recieved last week advised my item would be with me by the end of the week, suprise surprise, it wasn't. I also had to remind them that it was a bank holiday weekend. A further email recieved this morning asked to wait another 5 days due to delays! This isn't acceptable! The website also says that they will reply to contact in 72 hours, I'm not sure if their automated reponse is what they are considering to be a reply, but actual contact from a human has taken a full week! This was recommended through Martin Lewis MSE!

No goods reveived.

Orderd 2 boxes on 7 April.was advised 3- 7 dsys for delivery, 23rd April stil no goods, no reply to my 2 emails and web page "under construction". Used this company re recommended by Martin Lewis Money Tips. Never again.
