Awful I ordered a custom mtg mat for a Christmas present and had plenty of time for it to arrive to me so I could ship it to my friend. When I hadn’t received an update they said it would ship soon and only then did it ship out. Then it got lost in the mail and now they are not responding to my emails. My secret Santa isn’t getting their present and I am devastated.
