Jody never pushed the sale. Guided me through the banking process. Made sure I understood all the ins and outs. Once the purchase was confirmed, I received a delivery ETA and tracking. She also reconfirmed the delivery address. The purchase arrived on time and in good condition. Jody followed up the next day to confirm receipt.
