BUYER BEWARE

They sent the wrong items. When I informed them, they tried to convince me that the air purifiers they sent were the energy savers I ordered. I sent them photos of what I received and requested return instructions for a refund. Since then, they have ignored my emails. It's shocking that such services can treat customers like this and take their hard-earned money with little to no protection.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service, i ordered my product on 17th Sept, 2 weeks on Wednesday this week! No sign of it, ! Emailed twice and a automated response, really!! They took my money but wont answer an email , dispatched on 18th September ! Where is it coming from Siberia! Never again, first time ive got scammed! Should have read reviews before! I've just noticed the very little good reviews that are left are obviously fake as this company is the ONLY review they've done!

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a scam. "Customer Support" emails bounce back and unable to get a refund for order now. Pity I didn't read the reviews before because they're mostly bad. Steer well clear from this site

Scam

Would give zero if I could complete scam please dont purchase from them. Orders dont arrive not legit and while maybe a registered company in Ireland or has ireland in its name its not local in terms of products. I did receive an email to say delivery on route from china but that was it no tracking availabe nothing. Complained said they would resend but nothing was delivered. This is a scam website.

I ordered two Neuro Bloom on 8th September 2025 from Glowireland. I paid €34.95 plus €3.95 for priority processing and packaging insurance ( which said order would arrive in 5 to seven days )To date I have not received my order despite umpteen requests about my order.
