Delivery Process Needs Improvement

I anticipated receiving my delivery after it reached the depot on January 6th. After not getting it, I followed up and received a response on the 18th stating it was still at the depot. I was informed that I needed to text the depot the day before to arrange a pickup. I did this and went to collect it on the 22nd. The depot was very difficult to locate despite the provided directions. The sole staff member at the depot was outstanding (the reason for my 2-star rating instead of 1). However, I was told the parcel was out for delivery. Since it couldn't be left safely, the driver called me and had me track him down from place to place to retrieve my parcel. The customer service was unhelpful and suggested I hadn't collected it quickly enough (4 days!). The driver was also unkind, claiming he spent too long on my delivery. Overall, I find this organization lacking, but I did eventually receive my parcel.

Delivery Experience Was Disastrous After Initial Progress

The parcel was making excellent progress from the initial carrier until it reached this delivery service on December 26, 2025. After that, there was not a single update, despite multiple phone calls with no results. They changed the delivery dates twice, and when questioned, they removed the dates altogether. They even went so far as to screen my calls; they only answered when I hid my caller ID, but still provided no information. It’s clear that my parcel was likely stolen by an employee. They just offer excuses... avoid this service at all costs.

Smooth customs clearance experience

I ordered some supplements from abroad, and since their value exceeded $1000, they required customs clearance. This process was quite frustrating and took three weeks. However, the representative from the service was a joy to work with—very polite and quick to keep me informed, promptly responding to my emails. I can definitely recommend them.

Extremely disappointing customer service

I had a terrible experience trying to resolve an issue with a missing parcel. My package was managed by a service that failed to deliver it. I was home on the scheduled delivery day, yet no one rang the doorbell, despite online tracking stating that delivery was attempted. Throughout the entire process, I received no updates via email, call, or text regarding my parcel's status. My emails went unanswered for days, and their customer service line had a misleading wait queue. After days of trying to reach them, I finally contacted a representative through a different line, with no wait time whatsoever. I will definitely request a cancellation or refund in the future if I find out they are involved.

The representative was extremely respectful, supportive, and caring while assisting me with my parcel, which couldn't be delivered due to needing a residential address. After communicating with them, everything went smoothly, and my parcel arrived just over a week later.

Highly disappointed with the delivery service

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service. My parcel was left on the footpath near my mailbox, exposed to anyone passing by. I live in a rural area, and my house is about 50 meters down the driveway. Why was my parcel not taken to my home? There was no notification of delivery. According to tracking, it was dropped off on Saturday evening, but I only found out when a neighbor informed me the next day. It rained heavily that night, damaging the contents of my parcel. Overall, it was a very unpleasant delivery experience.
