Very bad service

Very bad service. I tried all day to contact a number to get assistance, nonbody responded. I download the app and there is no telemedicine included. It is just an app with a buttom to call, but nobody respond. I am really dissapointed.

I used Insured Nomads for my trip to Portugal and honestly loved the experience. I got their trip protection coverage, which gave me peace of mind knowing I didn’t have to stress if my luggage got lost or if something unexpected came up because I already had a plan in place.The best perk was the Instapass feature. My flight got delayed, and instead of sitting around frustrated, I got free lounge access. Having a comfortable spot to relax and eat yummy food completely changed my travel day.It was nice knowing I was covered while also getting benefits that actually made my trip better. Definitely recommend.
