My package, in a cardboard box, was left at my front door yesterday in the heaviest rain. By the time I got home two hours later, it was completely soaked. Couldn't the courier have wrapped it in a bag, or if he didn't have one, pushed it deeper into the bushes or covered it with an empty rubbish bin which was on the property?
I received regular updates and was able to adjust the delivery location right up to the day of arrival. The driver called to inform me of their arrival. Overall, it was a stress-free, professionally handled, and enjoyable experience. Thank you to the service team.
