The delivery was on time and carefully placed in our box. It didn’t make much difference but I’d specified our wooden box and it was left in another plastic box we just happened to have nearby. Luckily the delivery photo showed where our item had been placed.
Was given constant updates and had the opportunity to change delivery location right up until the day of the delivery.Received a call from the driver telling me they'd arrived.Overall, stress free, Professionally done and pleasant experience. Thanks DHL.
