Had Lightspeed for 15+ Years. Have tried for months and cannot get resolution for many problems happening with your software and analytics. Customer service and account managers never follow up or return calls.

Beware before you choose them. Do better Lightspeed!!!

Longtime customer facing disappointing service

Having been a customer for over 10 years, I was initially very impressed. Unfortunately, the quality of customer support has dropped significantly. During my last attempt to seek assistance, I was disconnected on the first call. I called back and have now been on hold for almost an hour without any response. This situation is quite disheartening, especially considering my loyalty over the years. I am seriously contemplating switching to another provider.

Very pleased with experience.

The company has been so supportive. If they are not sure about a question or topic, they work hard to find an answer. They are also very open to suggestions, and have a system for taking recommendations and requests into consideration. My only complaint is some of the integrations with 3rd party apps could be a little smoother, but overall still very easy to work through.
