Review Time
This package was left on my doorstep, which is open to the street (it is NOT an enclosed porch, or even remotely a place where a package is hidden from view). Luckily, my neighbor walked past about an hour later and took it in for me.
Shipment no. 60120229251148 I dont know what is going on with DHL but the last four packages given to them by merchants for delivery to me have been delayed by more than 3 days. Currently I am waiting on a shipment from B&Q marketplace that was due for next day delivery on 7 January. It is now 14 January, the status says delayed and will be delivered next day but has said that now for a week. When i try and contact them they tell me to contact the seller, the seller could not care less and my package is at the sorting office with no way for me to get it. I will be telling everyone i know to avoid DHL and have made complaints to all the merchants I use that use them, even going as far as to tell them I wwill not ship them any longer
