Once upon a time GLS fairytales

Once upon a time not long ago there was an absolute joke of company called GLS...... parcel has been 'out for delivery' 3 days running and notified as such.....doubtless they will play the 'adverse weather' card.....they must be delivering by huskie and sled.....problem is there is no snow try using a truck.

Wrong delivery location

I expected to be away, so I submitted an online request for my delivery to be left at the front door. When I returned, it was delivered at the back gate instead. Please ensure drivers follow the provided instructions.
