Beds and matresses delivered exactly at forecast time. The two guys were friendly and polite, and took great care in carrying the components upstairs and assembled them They checked that we were happy with everything before leaving and taking all the packing materials away. Very satisfied with the whole experience, Couldn't have been better.

Incredible delivery men - Eli and Faisal were the best!!! Just had a sofa delivered to a very difficult location (poor accessibility) and tricky angles in the house. Eli and Faisal from van 79 were SUPER, can’t rate them highly enough. Upbeat and proactive, incredibly thoughtful and perfect manners. They had to disassemble the sofa and find a way to get it through the house in pieces. They did such a fantastic job and were so clever with it. They then assembled it perfectly. It was not easy and they were so kind about it all. Perfect service, 10/10. Please pass on my thanks to Eli and Faisal!!!!
Excellent customer service, kept updated & telephone call from them to advise of arrival time. Safely delivered and large heavy sofa through awkward door space with humour & no complaints. They were immaculately turned out & put the sofa together taking away the old one & the packaging. I can thoroughly recommend them & thank them for their contact & professional service.
Great updated communication keeping me well informed from K&L throughout the delivery from London to Dundee. They delivered a heavy bed & mattress to my 2nd floor flat with no complaints. 2 very polite gentlemen, built up the bed in no time at all, tidied up after and took all packaging away.
