I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this company and their customer service. I completed several offers from their offer wall through super.com and freecash.com and every time I do I never get paid. Despite following their instruction my interaction gets recorded but for some reason the completion never does. When I submit the required proof of completing these offers all I receive is a pointless apology from their customer service department and a list of possible reasons my completion was not recorded and that they will not be rewarding me . They still however take the proof that I submit to them and use that proof to get paid from the companies they advertise for yet still do not pass payment on to its customers as is the model for their business. I know this because I have contacted a couple of these companies directly and they have confirmed they did pay out to this company for me signing up through them. This is Classic example of corporate greed and their practices need to be investigated and audited.
Delivery was recorded as no one at delivery address as someone was present all day. Queried by telephone and when checked it was confirmed this was incorrect and was then noted as access problems. This must also have been incorrect as we and our neighbours have various deliveries and even the weekly dust cart has no problems with access. Very annoying as we had completely changed our plans for the day of delivery to ensure no problems with delivery. This resulted in a 15 mile round trip to your "local" collection point.
ON NO ACCOUNT CALL DHL BUSINESS CONTACT NO 448442 480844.We had a late delivery by a day. We called 4 times as no updates online, we spoke to somebody ONCE the total cost of calls over £14.This was on a vodafone mobile. Its because they dont admit the day promised is a day to far and thjerefore the tracking and staff advice are meaningless.
If there is a way to rate this company zero, I would. Absolute worst service all my life. Ordered a parcel from BeautyTheShop Spain and it’s the third week and the useless GLS keeps updating the “the parcel is at the parcel centre” and scheduled for delivery yesterday but guess what- Delivery wasn’t done and no update why on that. Terrible non existent communication from customer service. Any business using GLS is destined for failure. Useless piece of crap
