I've been with this company for years, after swapping from a far less helpful one.
I needed to contact them today as I'm changing my vehicle and had the pleasure of speaking to Brent, he was knowledgeable, helpful, very friendly and totally on the ball!
I could of course of done what I needed to on their app, but I felt in need of some advice, and as usual they were very easy to contact over the phone.
I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars and I would totally recommend them 😁
The customer support I received today was outstanding; I encountered a login problem with the platform. I called in and spoke to a representative who resolved the issue immediately. This service simplifies managing a large fleet (650 cards) significantly. Thank you for the help!

Was contacted by my accounts manager Roberto Boccara re: a email i sent regarding their high weekly fuel price.Roberto looked into the problem and agreed my weekly price was high. He stated it is an automated price but he managed to lower my weekly price to beat the competition.Roberto is very concise with clear communication which is quite rare nowadays.Easy to talk to. Polite and knowledgeable.
