Disappointing Experience with My Recent Order

I have been a customer for years and have usually found the glasses to be good for the price. However, my latest order was not satisfactory. I decided to purchase a couple of pairs of Photocromic glasses, as I walk my dog several times a day and thought they would be perfect for my needs. Unfortunately, they haven't darkened at all, despite the sunny weather that requires me to squint. I even tried using a flashlight to test them, but it made no difference. I'm not sure if the coating is missing or simply ineffective, but it's disappointing. I didn’t need regular glasses; I specifically needed photocromic ones, which is what I paid for.

This is my final experience with this service.

This is the third and last pair of glasses I've ordered from this service. I initially ordered my progressive bifocal glasses in November 2025, but they didn't arrive until a month later. They were unwearable and didn't look good at all. The return process wasn't free. A different lined bifocal lens and frame took another month to arrive. Although this frame looked better, I now have double vision and they are also unwearable. I've faced similar issues with my previous orders. I've definitely learned my lesson.

Overall good glasses, but the earpieces are too tight

The glasses are decent, but the earpieces are excessively tight, so I will need to have them adjusted. Interestingly, the last pair I purchased was too loose. On a positive note, they were manufactured and shipped promptly, and the quality appears to be consistent.
