Did not help my credit at all, after months of working with them, my score look like it went down instead of up. Told me, I had to open up a kikoff account in order for my score to go up, if I knew that I could have fixed my own credit. Yes the agent talks with dignity and make you think they gone give excellent customer service but it was terrible.DO NOT WADTE YOUR MONEY🤨🤨

Everything was explained in depth- detail by detail. If Alexamae noticed I was confused she would ask me if I understood or if I asked any question over she would explain it all the way through and not seem bothered at all I completely feel very comfortable working with you guys and will recommend Alexamae with helping hands financial to all my family and friends
I’ve been in the program for a little bit and I just want to say that Danica is great! We have a good communication and goes above and beyond to answer my questions in a timely manner. Definitely please with the results until now. It doesn’t take a week or 2, weeks gotta put the work to see the wins as well.
I’m writing a review of my experience so far. Had my initial call with Kevin but I’m not convinced yet. What I am confused about is all the 5 star reviews I am seeing about good customer service, etc but what I am not seeing is people leaving good reviews because there score improved. That’s what I would expect to see.
I am excited to take a chance with Helping Hands Financial to help me get my credit repair. I will admit that I was nervous giving out so much of my personal information to HHF, however I had tried and tried to dispute several of my accounts and got no where, and I had to take a leap of faith and stop being fearful and trust that HHF will guide me in the right direction, so far everyone on I spoke to have been very kind, respectful and informative from the beginning. From day 1 starting with the zoom calls and classes with Miguel and Rowel. I have been completed satisfied. Alone came my credit Manager AlexTabor my journey with Helping Hands credit repair I have been so greatful . I started with a credit repair company , but will not call any names that had never done what Helping hands did. No communication from them at all and they one rated #2 on Google . Don't believe google do the research for yourself.Helping Hands are exactly as their states. Whenever I get letter from collection agencies. I send a copy to Alexa and she tells me don't worry she's sending them to her team. Thank you Alexa I always tell her what my Alexa machine tells me (Awe you made my day}' The staff is very professional and really appreciate everything thing they do. I see lots of people are only given reviews for when you start . As you progress and you see things are getting deleted and your credit score and increasing. Do a review so other people will know how amazing Help Hands is. I started in I believe Nov. With lowest 550 and 600 . I am now in my 700. I even had one credit collection company trying to take me to court. Again Helping Hands stepped in. Thank you . They are very professional , Helpful. Friendly and gets the job done . And help put you on the right track to get your credit score up and help fix any other negative things on your credit report. This company is very misleading, making many promises they do not intend to keep. I was very excited to work with them and re establish my credit however I am now on month 6 and my credit score is still below average. I started doing research probably a little too late and I noticed the reviews are written by new customers who are in the beginning of the journey where’s the reviews for those who have completed the program? Well here I am sitting at pretty much where I was 6 months ago! They guaranteed me a 700 credit in 6 months yet like I said I’m still sitting with a below average score and I have done everything they told me to, paid off what they told me to, paid on what they told me, on top of continuing to pay them for their services thus I’m out money! I could have done this on my own without having to pay them. My account specialist “Jessica” always says it will pay off next month next month next month but when because next month never comes! I am now seeking a full refund for all the money I invested into their services to help me! Don’t waste your time or money here and if you decided to and you get Jessica well I would demand a new specialist because she doesn’t do anything for you!
