While trying to revise my cart on the payment page, I used the "back" option, which the website interpreted as a cancellation. This removed all my items from the cart, along with my accumulated credit that I had saved for this order. Now, I can't access my credits, nor can I use them. I experienced further issues using different browsers.
I bought two “special” vouchers for a restaurant as gifts for my parents, but the experience was very disappointing. The website claimed each voucher included a main dish, appetizer, dessert, and drink without mentioning any spending limit. However, we later found out that the restaurant only allows orders up to a specific amount, which was much lower than implied. Additionally, the price I paid was significantly higher than the actual value. Overall, the description was misleading, the value was poor, and I was left disappointed. I do not recommend purchasing this voucher if you want a complete and hassle-free dining experience.
