Regret not reading reviews before buying. Beware!

I regret not checking these reviews before making my purchase. Beware! I've attempted several times to reach out to the company about returning a gift I received during the holidays, but I've gotten no reply. My emails and messages through the contact portal have all been ignored. I received two hoods that looked nothing like what was displayed on the website. They seemed unfinished and worn, differed in style, and had a noticeable size discrepancy. Overall, the quality and lack of customer support were extremely disappointing. It feels like a total scam!

I would rate this lower if possible.

I would rate this lower if possible. It took an eternity to arrive and the items were in various colors and sizes. I can't even muster the energy to pursue a refund. This is a complete scam! I'm finished with these unreliable overseas platforms pretending to be local.

Terrible experience with delivery and support.

My order was never delivered, and every attempt to reach out was ignored. The platform was unhelpful, directing me back to the seller, who I believe is dishonest. I strongly advise against ordering from them. Look for better products elsewhere.

Poorly made items received

Extremely disappointing quality. I ordered two identical items in different colors, but what I got were two different sizes. One is noticeably smaller than the other, and they are made from different materials. One has a tag while the other does not. These were meant to be Christmas gifts, and now I have to rush to find replacements. I'm very frustrated!

WEBSITE CLAIMS CANADIAN BASE BUT OPERATES FROM CHINA

THE WEBSITE CLAIMS TO BE CANADIAN, BUT IT'S ACTUALLY BASED IN CHINA. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS REGARDING MY PACKAGE STATUS. AFTER I INITIATED A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY. THEY SENT ME AN 'UPDATED TRACKING STATUS' THAT WAS IDENTICAL TO THE ORIGINAL, SHOWING THE PACKAGE IS STILL WAITING FOR PICKUP BY THE CARRIER IN CHINA. THIS IS NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY.

Disappointing Order Experience

I waited more than two weeks for my order of one beige and one purple item. They arrived today, and neither matches the description. The so-called “beige” is actually a dark yellow-brown, while the purple is significantly lighter than expected. Additionally, they differ in make and size. I've already initiated a return request.

AWFUL quality, don't spend your money.

AWFUL quality, don't spend your money. I ordered three items and they were ALL different. Not a cashmere blend, loose threads, extremely disappointed! I raised my concerns and haven't received any response. Their return policy states 14 days, but my package arrived 20 days late. Absolutely terrible!
