Great experience at the store...

I had a fantastic experience at the store while looking for cycling pants, both short and long. As someone with a slim build, I prefer pants that fit well without being too tight. I left with two pairs that fit perfectly, look great, and were reasonably priced. The staff was also very friendly. Thumbs up!

Complete disaster

A complete disaster! I purchased shoes as a gift, but the box arrived in terrible condition, clearly not from shipping as it looked like someone attempted to glue it back together. I filed a complaint and am still waiting since December 24th. Customer service is lacking.

Concern about language policy
