Membership Freeze Request Ignored Again

Despite my request to freeze my and my spouse's memberships, we were still charged the full amount. There is no way to contact them, as they do not respond to emails or phone calls. Their responsiveness seems limited to payments or new memberships, while their treatment otherwise is quite poor.

Disappointing Experience with Membership Terms

I cannot recommend this gym based on my experience. I joined with the understanding that my commitment was for three months, which I confirmed with the sales agent. I was not informed about a 30-day notice period extending my membership. I submitted my cancellation request before the three-month period ended, yet I was told I could not cancel and would incur additional charges. This lack of clarity at the point of sale is frustrating, and the responses I received were inconsistent. The whole experience felt misleading, and I regret my decision to join.

Avoid This Gym

Do not join this gym; they will trap you in a membership that is nearly impossible to cancel. They impose restrictions and bombard you with calls and emails. It's a frustrating experience.

Frustrating Membership Cancellation Process

I am shocked by how poorly this gym treats its members. When I tried to cancel my membership since I wasn't using it anymore, they pressured me to keep paying and refused to assist with the cancellation. It seems their priority is money over customer care, and the staff made the process unnecessarily stressful. I regret signing up here; there are better options out there.

Unpleasant Experience with Cancellation

I did not attend for two months and paid for my membership. When I requested cancellation, they treated me like I was under investigation. They insist on enforcing the contract, making it difficult to cancel. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone.

Avoid This Gym at All Costs!

Please do not join this gym; it has misleading policies that trap you in a membership you cannot escape. Initially, I was told cancelling was simple, but when I tried to cancel after two months, I was informed that there were strict conditions. I have been stuck paying for six months despite my attempts to cancel. The customer service is unhelpful, and their policies keep you locked in. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this gym.

Customer Rights Helped Resolve My Issue

I was a satisfied member until I encountered an issue trying to close my account due to an unexpected balance from a duplicate account. After visiting the branch and providing my payment records, the issue was not immediately resolved. However, with the help of a consumer rights organization, my issue was addressed efficiently within two days.

You don’t have to chase impossible perfection at GymNation, and you don’t need to have buns of steel, a six-pack, and muscular arms to be welcome here.
