Beyond disappointed. This company made zero effort to get me a donation receipt for the items that were able to be donated. Promised that loader would provide and then crickets. You basically pay them to do whatever they want with your things and no benefit to you. They're probably dumping everything and paying the loader independent contractors peanuts and pocketing the rest! Awful. Appearance of professionalism, but not the case.

The home office staff was helpful making the arrangements, and offering me an attractive price. The driver was communicative, and I knew approximately when he'd be arriving. He was actually a few minutes early, loaded without complaining, offered me service with a smile, completed the paperwork as thoroughly as I wished, and when he was finished he shook my hand and thanked me. Usually, disposing of an old motorcycle is uncomfortable, and the people that are taking the motorcycle make you feel like they're doing a big favor. In this case, load up appreciated my business, and they showed that. I would definitely call them again, no question.

Complaint Regarding Christmas Tree Removal in Atlanta, GA

I am filing this complaint about a highly unsatisfactory experience with a tree removal service. The person who came to take away a live Christmas tree did not bring any bags, tarps, or protective coverings. Consequently, the tree was dragged out from my condo, through the hallway, into the freight elevator, through the lobby, and out the front door to the vehicle. Pine needles, debris, and residue were left behind in all common areas and within my unit. I had to personally clean my condo, the hallway, the elevator, the lobby, and the area where the vehicle was parked. This was not only embarrassing but completely avoidable with basic preparation and professionalism. Furthermore, there could be scratches or damage to the floors in the common areas, which might lead to additional issues with my condominium association. I reached out to the service and was only given an apology along with a 15% discount. This response is insufficient considering the inconvenience, embarrassment, and potential property damage incurred. I am seeking a full refund for the service, as it was not conducted in a reasonable or professional manner. I have live video footage.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I scheduled a pickup from 8:00 to 12:00 for a sofa two days later. They charged me and assured me everything was arranged, stating I would receive a call thirty minutes before pickup. At 11:30, I reached out to inquire about the status, only to learn they were struggling to find someone for the pickup. I decided to cancel, but they informed me of a 50% penalty for doing so at the final pickup time. Alternatively, they suggested extending the pickup to the afternoon. I had chosen the 8:00 to 12:00 slot specifically due to an afternoon doctor's appointment. I agreed to wait for a call back until 12:30 to discuss my refund. However, when I called back, I was told I could only receive a 50% refund because they were pushing the time from 12:00 to 4:00 to find someone else. Their scheduling issues do not justify extending my wait time. I paid for the 8 to 12 slot, and they can't just change it. If you want a full refund without waiting all day, opt for a 12 to 4 pickup; otherwise, prepare for a long wait. I instructed them to cancel and give me half my money back. I also contacted my bank to dispute half of the initial charge, explaining that I did not receive the services I requested.

Incorrect pickup service and poor customer support

They dispatched a third party with a box trailer instead of the flatbed trailer I specifically ordered and paid for in full. Not only were they unable to complete the pickup, but they also refused to assist in making alternative arrangements for a trailer. The customer service was terrible, and they would not issue a refund. I am currently working with my credit card company to dispute this charge since I did not receive what I purchased, and I feel completely misled.

Very disappointing experience. Avoid them for your projects.

Extremely disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend trusting them to finish your project. They lack reliability and communication. If issues arise due to their mistakes, they refuse to take responsibility yet still demand a 50% charge. AVOID THIS SERVICE!
