If I could give this companies customer service a zero I would. I informed the agent MULTIPLE TIMES that the bank verification system does not work with my bank due to security reasons that the bank themselves put in place. I was told to submit document which I did MULTIPLE TIMES. I got so fed up with doing the same thing over and over again for days that I just cancelled my application. Worst customer service ever.
