Review Time
I had a frustrating experience with this service. They promised delivery within 2-5 days to Sweden. I placed my order on December 6th, and as of today, December 21st, I still haven't received my order. I've reached out via email twice but received no response. I advise caution when dealing with this service.
I placed my order several days ago on December 8, and the delivery status has not changed — the item hasn't even been shipped. The support team is unresponsive to my messages. I intended to give this as a Christmas gift to my child. If customer support is monitoring reviews, I urge you to reach out. If the item still hasn't shipped, please process a refund, as I have already made another purchase elsewhere.
I ordered on November 26th to ensure it would arrive in the UK before Christmas. However, there's been no tracking update (it just shows as unfulfilled). I've attempted to reach out via phone, online chat, and email, but have received no response from anyone. Now I'm left without the money and no Christmas gift for the kids. Very disappointing.
I purchased an Adjustable Montessori Tower - Kids Step Stool for my niece, and she adored it! The quality of the product was outstanding, and the ordering process was smooth and hassle-free. Although the item arrived a few days later than anticipated, it wasn't an issue at all. I would definitely order this again!
This is an excellent product for children; it arrived promptly and was well packaged. The box itself turned into a fun game for them, which was a delightful surprise. There was a minor issue with one of the pieces, but it was simple to fix by sanding it down. Additionally, one of the bags with screws was missing, but the support team was very responsive and quickly sent a replacement.
The climbing frame is the best purchase i have made for my son. We bought it when he was 7 months old and he was climbing up in no time, a year on and he is still using it. It can be used in so many ways, i can see him using this for years and years. He never gets bored of it. I love that there are so many parts that can be added to it for endless fun.
I bought a housebed and the 4 piece toddler play/climbing set. Overall i like the items - however I have received some extra ‘knobs’ that I have no idea what is for and the instructions do not mention them. Also the wrench were really difficult to use. And lastly there are two screws in climbing set and four in the bedhouse, that does not seem to fit correctly. I would have wish for a more descriptive instruction. Update: Thank you for your reply. The reply with the attached instructions seem to be better than the ones i downloaded from the website. However the packing/the boxes that were meant to be a game box, was in a bad shape when they came, so I dont think I had the chance to figure that out. Also there were no instructions in the boxes.
