I ordered the at home biometric screening. After not receiving my results for 3 months I called them, sat on the phone for 30 minutes, and was told that my account wasn’t connected correctly and I’d have to redo the whole process. Terrible experience when my app tell me the test has been received at the lab.

You promise 2-5 business days to receive results. Mine took 11 business days (16 actual days) for the results to arrive. I would like a refund or at least a second test sent to me at your cost. This has caused my partner and I a great deal of strife as a result. Please do not disregard my disappointment.Sincerely James
I usually love this company and have used their services 3 times in the past with only good results. But they need to get better communication when things go south. I mailed in my order this time and expected the usual turnaround of about3-5 days. You can track what stage they're in. So when I still hadn't gotten results in over a week I wrote and asked what was up. Zero response in 48 hours (they never responded) so I called and was told they had had a major outage but that my sample was fine - just back logged. I asked for a time estimate in case I needed to reschedule my doctor's appt. They had no idea. So I rescheduled. Next week they STILL hadn't contacted me or moved my sample ahead for analysis so I called again. They thought it would take ANOTHER 5 days. So I rescheduled. Again. I now finally have my results and as usual the service is clear and helpful. My only beef with this kerfuffle is zero communication with a customer. Please next time send out a group email so we all know what is going on. OR at least respond to emails that are inquiring. A little communication goes a long way. 2 stars goes to the friendly and helpful-as-he-could-be phone operator who was kind and understanding as he gave me the update. Clearly he was not the issue. I imagine he was answering calls like mine all day long - I also imagine that a simple email to all customers with current orders would have made his day a lot easier. My doctor's office is understanding but this was not ideal.
