Absolutely fake customer service that is complicit in drivers stealing packages. You will catch them in contradictions and they will weaponize their incompetence. Organized theft with a business license.
This company is horrible customer service is horrible I will post pics but my package was to be delivered on the 22nd it's now the 25th and they keep changing the delivery date so I finally had it after being patiently, waiting for 3 days, going on 4 days and this customer service agent was helping me after 22mins I said something no response sent afew messages after that she never came back after she said she was going to track my package I will never recommend this company to anyone never got a apology for all this non sense
Total scam !!!!! Received an email that there was a delivery attempt and package was being held for further instructions. I contacted them and still never saw the package. Then received another email stating there was a problem with my address and the package was returned to the senders warehouse. This was being sent to my business address that receives packages everyday. If you buy something and they ship GoFo I would recommend canceling the order.
My package I order through TikTok was stolen from my residence because the Delivery Driver did not put the packaging on my porch. I'm a senior citizen I can't go to the front yard and obtain it. Driver just threw package over the fence onto the grass.
I think Amazon run this company just to make themselves look good I have five packages in limbo. Once this is settled I will only order from Amazon anything else I’m going to pick up myself! How is it we get dumber and dumber as time go on? Are we not supposed to get smarter and better as time go on. I feel so sorry for the people of tomorrow
Y’all are the worst delivery service ever! Taking pictures of an address that’s clearly not the same as to what’s on the package!!!!! I really hope y'all go away because that’s too many of my packages that’s being misplaced.
This happened many times with this GOFO company THEY THROW MY PACKAGE.
OR THEY DO NOT READ THE SIGN ON MY DOOR. WHEN IT SAYS PUT IT ON THE SIDE DOOR AND IN THE BIN. TWO OF MY PACKAGE CAME BROKEN BECAUSE HOW THEY DELIVER THE PACKAGE WITHOUT CARING?WHAT'S INSIDE. THROWING IT AND THEN TAKING A PICTURE. HORRIBLE.
I ordered some irons online. And this cheap company gofo had to make my delivery. Their driver kept on putting on the delivery notes that he couldn't get ahold of me so he was not making the delivery. So I reached out to them which they don't have a physical phone number it's all by what's up or a machine. So they're telling me they don't deliver where I have the my address. So I asked them where can I go pick up my items that I have paid for and paid for the delivery fees and they said they only do deliveries. But yet they're saying they don't deliver where I have my address . This cheap company are bunch of idiots, stupid . I see their website they have all bad negative nothing good I don't know how this companies or people trust them to make the deliveries to their customers
I am extremely frustrated with this delivery service. My package was marked “delivery unsuccessful – no access to location,” which makes absolutely no sense considering my mailbox is directly in front of my home and we have zero access issues. We’ve never had a single problem with any other delivery service finding or accessing our address.
When I called customer service, the first representative actually pulled up my home on Google Earth and described the color of my gutters — clearly confirming they had the correct location. Despite that, I was given multiple conflicting excuses: first it was an “access issue,” then it was a problem with the coordinates, and finally I was told the delivery driver “may not have known how to get there.” The explanations kept changing, and no one took accountability.
To make matters worse, I was promised a prompt call back from a supervisor, and we are now four hours past the time they said they would call. Still no follow-up. I’m also being told I cannot pick up the package, even though the delivery failure was entirely on their end.
The lack of reliability, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable. If I had any choice in the matter, I would never have anything delivered by this company again
I was told that my package would be delivered on a certain day nothing happened. I did not get the package they they sent a message that it was being held up, but did not really explain why I called the number for customer service. I got an AI voice. I said I wanted to talk to an actual representative person. They said they are often not available finally after staying on the phone for 10 minutes I got a representative who was very pleasant and hopefully helpful. I told her that the whole process took too much time and that their customer service was not good and that they should connect people who have issues with a real person if if the person asked for that find another service. This one is not good.
