Deteriorating service quality

I’ve been using their premium static residential proxies for about 2–3 months, typically employing 8–12 proxies simultaneously. Initially, everything functioned well, and I was impressed with the service quality and support, even leaving a 5-star review and recommending it to friends. However, the experience has declined dramatically. I now encounter issues with my proxies almost daily, facing either no connection or very high latency. Out of the 10 proxies I currently manage, 7 are non-functional. Customer support, once responsive, now often takes days to reply, and their answers lack depth or accountability. This is far from the advertised 99.8% uptime. I've lost motivation to reach out for help, as it seems unproductive. It's frustrating to pay for premium proxies that often fail to deliver, and it's disappointing to see the service quality decline so significantly.
