The box was empty, I had to pay before to have it open, but then my package was not inside.
Since then, longer a month, I am still in discussions with them and you cannot contact them easily. They will never pay you back if the package is not arriving to you!
One star is overly generous; a terrible experience with this company...they delivered to the incorrect address and left a frail 74-year-old woman to carry 60kg of dog food by herself, up three flights of stairs to her apartment.
It's incredibly frustrating to order something and then receive a notification while at work that your package has been delivered to the Dropbox. You assume you can retrieve it later that day or the next, only to find out that it has already been returned to the deposit on the same day. The package was only available from 6 AM to 8:50 PM, which is hardly even a full day.
I had a very frustrating experience with the courier service. Every single time, my parcels were lost. I had to make numerous calls just to locate my packages. After nearly a month since placing my order, they even disconnected the call on me. I am still waiting for either a refund or the delivery of my package. It's nearly impossible to reach someone by phone, as they offer no helpful information.
I have a package that has been marked as delivered for nearly a month, yet I still haven't received it or any communication. I've attempted to reach out through email and phone, but there has been no response at all. Overall, this service is quite disappointing.
