This review is truthful and honest

This review is truthful and honest. Your business is at risk if you choose to use Go-Solo. I 100% understand that accounts can go into review from time to time, and are frozen. However, a business account frozen for nearly a week can cause serious disruptions for the business. After disputing the charge back, of which the client accepted that we had completed the service, my account was unblocked and was free to use again. Suddenly 2 days later, low and behold my account is yet again in 'review'. Why? not sure as i had only sent outgoing payments to myself, google marketing and a refund for a client who was only unhappy as my account was blocked a week previously. Again, the state of UK business banking is unpredictable and not safe. As a qualified AML officer and compliance executive myself using Go-Solo is a risk to your business. If Go -Solo remove my blocks on the same day i will edit this review to let people know the result. I have also found out that Go-Solo is NOT licensed with the UK financial conduct authority so clients cannot complain to our regulatory body. Your money is NOT safe and you cannot speak to anybody, chat with anyone and are left waiting days for small matters to be resolved. Use Tide, Monzo, and the other better apps out there.

Worst business account you can have

Worst business account you can have. They will simply steal your funds! I sent a payment to a supplier who uses Monzo and he never got the payment! Monzo said the transfer was never made and they refused to give an answer on where the money went! Imagine that in 2025 this so called "bank" can't locate a transfer made by them! The money just disappeared from my account and I lost £800 ! I'm filing a complaint with the police department and the financial ombudsman! Don't use this website it's a fraud!
