I got scammed using this bank. I have tried contacting them to see if I can recover the money since it was supposedly sent to an escrow account which hasn’t expired yet but they wouldn’t reply me.

My account closed and I was advised that my remaining balance will be returned to the original source.It is now 7 days since my account closure and they don’t reply to emails anymore even after sending all evidence requested. Would not recommend

They have been so good, customer support respond on time, easy to use, but just need to improve on the in app account statement download so it will easy to download statement when needed
