I recently ordered customized mugs from here for the first time. There was a small bump in the road after I placed the order, but when I spoke with someone at the company, it was quickly resolved. Production was fast, and my order arrived within days. I am very pleased with the final product.

I thought my order didn't go through and ended up with duplicates. Additionally, the design software is lacking compared to other sites. It misses key features like alignment tools, the color picker is ineffective, and the template options are very limited. A friend recommended this service for its print quality, and I hope that is accurate, as I had to create my design separately before uploading.
