From the first day of engagement, their representative was very engaging, helpful, friendly and informative. She (Tracy) answered our enquiries excellently and guided us through all the checklists. She even responded to us after office hours. I left out 1 star cos i havent use the system yet. Will come back and review again with 5 star if system is great and easy to use.

Poor experience here. Submitted my application since 1/1 and after waiting for 12 days for my application to be approved. Grab have not approved my application & hitpay gave the green light that it was ok to proceed and then found out later that my application is not completed yet. What an error on their part and i missed a big sale due to this. Wouldnt recommend you to take up their services. Very not professional, if something is not confirmed then dont give the green light. Added me in a ws group with 3 ppl but the other 2 dont even interact.
Terrific. The platform itself is wonderful, feature-rich and seamelssly integrates our POS and online website. But I would emphasise what makes Hitpay different is the service. Onboarding was miles ahead of competitors, and the service doesn't stop after you sign-up. Hoping they continue to succeed because we couldn't recommend highly enough.
I am extremely disappointed with HitPay’s handling of chargebacks.Even after providing full invoice details, delivery proof, clear terms & conditions state in website and client information, HitPay still deducted the disputed amount and charged an additional fee.What shocked me the most is that HitPay did not support the merchant at all, even though I delivered the service as promised. Instead, they sided with the customer’s bank immediately and placed the financial burden entirely on me.I did nothing wrong, yet I was forced into a negative balance and told to “settle it,” or my account would be restricted. This is very unfair to small business owners who rely on payment gateways for honest work.If you run a small business, be aware:HitPay’s system offers zero protection for merchants when customers file false or mistaken chargebacks. You will lose the money AND pay the fees.I can no longer trust HitPay, and I would strongly recommend other business owners to consider platforms with better merchant protection.
Their system of sign-up is complete rubbish. They put you on a waitlist for almost a month, and you have to contact them via email to "expedite the process". When contacted, they'll ask you once what your business does, then ghost you. They haven't responded back; it's been 2 weeks. Was having high hopes for this one, but their onboarding kills it. I'll change my review if they can fix this right away.
