I had a truly positive experience at Gözde International Hospitals. From the very beginning, the staff was welcoming, kind, and highly professional. The doctors took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment.
The hospital was clean, modern, and very well organized. Appointments were on time, and everything ran smoothly without unnecessary waiting. I genuinely felt cared for and valued as a patient.
I would like to sincerely thank the entire medical team for their dedication and support. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality healthcare services.

My experience with this hospital and team was overall positive, with some areas that could definitely be improved.
At the beginning, communication with my medical coordinator, Dervim, felt inconsistent. I did express that delayed replies were making me anxious, especially as I was preparing to travel for surgery. Although there was some improvement, responses close to my travel date were still slow, which added unnecessary stress.
At times, the way some nurses communicated with each other felt a little loud for a post-surgery environment. A calmer and quieter atmosphere would have been more comforting for patients who are recovering.
Once I arrived at the hospital, the experience improved significantly. The team I met in person was professional, caring, and supportive. The transportation arranged by my travel coordinator, Fitnat was smooth and well organised.
All pre-operative tests were done on the night of my arrival. The next morning, I met Crecen, who was exceptional. She was compassionate, reassuring, and extremely patient with my many questions. She made me feel supported at all times.
Dr Ahmed Asciogi was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was honest about what was best for me, and we adjusted my procedure based on his medical advice, which gave me confidence in his expertise.
The aftercare was very good. The nurses were attentive, and although there was sometimes a small language barrier, the quality of care was still good. A special mention to Mohamed, who was particularly gentle and caring.
I was very impressed that the surgeon personally visited me every morning to clean my wounds and change my bandages. This level of care really stood out.
Ceren continued to support me throughout my stay and even accompanied me on daily walks around the hospital, which meant a lot to me.
The hotel accommodation was comfortable and clean, with rooms like small one-bedroom flats and good food.
Overall, a good experience with some communication issues that could be improved.

The facilities were spotless, the medical team were calm, professional, and reassuring, and I felt genuinely looked after every step of the way.A special mention has to go to Devrim, my coordinator — who deserves a medal for putting up with my many annoying questions at all times of the day (and night). Nothing was ever too much trouble. Devrim was patient, kind, reassuring, and always quick to respond, which made a huge difference, especially when you’re in another country having surgery.The surgeon was fantastic, the aftercare was thorough, and I felt safe and supported throughout my entire stay. I had my gastric sleeve with this company under their Istanbul subsidiary at Baypark hospital with Dr Zafer. It was an amazing experience, I felt well looked after and properly informed of next steps. If you want to get your sleeve done but you are on a budget, without compromising on quality care, definitely go for them.
