BE EXCEPTIONALLY VIGILANT I EXPERIENCED SERIOUS UNEASE DUE TO WHAT I INTERPRETED AS COERCIVE BEHAVIOR IN MY INTERACTIONS WITH THEM. I HAD PLACED SIGNIFICANT TRUST IN THE COMPANY, COMMITTING $167,000 OF MY OWN SAVNIGS UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT MY CAPITAL WOULD BE HANDLED WITH CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
HOWEVER, AFTER APPROXIMATELY FIVE MONTHS OF TRADING MY DOUBTS INTENSIFIED, WHEN I TRIED TO WITHDRAW WHAT I REGARDED AS A MODEST AMOUNT, THE REQUEST WAS DENIED WITHOUT ANY TRANSPARENT JUSTIFICATION.
SOON AFTER, NUMEROUS ACTIVE TRADES WERE CLOSED OUT, RESULTING IN SUBSTANTIAL FINANCIAL SETBACKS AND LEAVING ME FEELING POWERLESS.
DISTRESSED AND EXASPERATED BY THESE EVENTS, I CHOSE TO SUBMIT AN OFFICIAL GRIEVANCE TO FOLCO CAPITALS, DETAILING THE SITUATION AS I UNDERSTOOD IT. THEY CONDUCTED A COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF MY CLAIM AND PROCEEDED TO REPRESENT MY INTERESTS ULTIMATELY, THEY SUCCEEDED IN RECOVERING THE REMAINING BALANCE OF MY FUNDS FROM THIS FIRM AND OBTAINED ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION RELATED TO THE DIFFICULTIES I ENCOUNTERED. ALTHOUGH THE ORDEAL WAS TAXING, I CAME TO BELIEVE THAT PURSING OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE WAS ESSENTIAL IN STRIVING FOR A FAIR OUTCOME.

I was contacted by one of their "senior agents" after filling out a form about diversified investments. Everything seemed high-end and professional. They even have a fancy Swiss address. But once I deposited $2,000, the experience turned sour. The platform interface is laggy, and I started seeing trades being opened on my account that I never authorized. When I confronted them, they told me it was their "automated optimization" tool which I never signed up for. Now they are demanding another $500 as a "security deposit" just to process my withdrawal request. This is a scam 101. Save your money and stay far away from Grandgate.
Grandgateagency removed my trading profits from around 20 trades executed over period of 4 months in the amount of $34,887 from my acc.Grandgateagency never contacted me before that there is any issue with any of my trades executed.They claimed I violated their terms and conditions under 'Suspicious Trading Activity' clause, but they did not provide any explanations which trades were affected and why they were actually removed from my account. They just made Cash Adjustment on my account and said I violated their terms and conditions.All my trades were NON-Arbitrage and NOT hedged trades but directional trades. All my trades were executed at correct prices at time of order execution, and I was never reported of any issue with any of my trades before. I find this practice of removal of my profitable trades unfair and unjustified, so I made reports over to folcocapitals and with all the evidence provided due diligence was observed which liberated me from the false allegations levied against. I got everything restored eventually. I do not recommend anyone using this broker which can remove Your trading profits with their 'Suspicious Trading Activity' clause whenever their wish.
