I had some questions about my Venustas heated jacket. I emailed them, and they very quickly responded. We went back and forth a few times, and they were wonderful. I love my heated jacket and would recommend it to anyone!
The original shipment of the battery I needed for the Venustas vest I had purchased was lost in the mail. After contacting Venustas customer service, they quickly shipped me a replacement battery. They were polite and very professional the entire time!
Received a jacket as a Christmas present and enjoyed many cold days with my heated coat, unfortunately the heating coils no longer work but Venustas did not hesitate to send a replacement. With my trust in their heated apparel my entire family is now outfitted from gloves to jackets and all smiling in the the extreme cold.
