I ordered a memory photbook from Crewe for my husband and I for 2025. This is the 2nd year running I have done this from Crewe and despite not being great with technology, I found their site the easiest to navigate. Unfortunately my order was very overdue for delivery and I was concerned it may have been lost as we had a period of extreme weather which caused a lot of disruption. I emailed Crewe to ask if they were able to see from their side if the order had been checked anywhere recently and was still in the system. I had not checked my emails very well following - but they responded so quickly to say that they were reprinting another and dispatching it straight away! Very grateful for such lovely and quick customer service and so happy with the product. Thank you Crewe - we will definitely be back
I am absolutely thrilled with the custom desk calendar I ordered for my friend. The quality is outstanding, delivery was prompt, and the customer service was excellent. I enjoy using this service and will continue to do so!
The software is impressive, and the photo book is of high quality - using just standard paper, the printed images still look fantastic. It may take a little time to get used to the software, but it's straightforward, and you'll adapt quickly. Highly recommended. Delivery was on time.
I had to place this order and pay excessively for stickers because that was the only option for the photo size I needed. It wasn't that the service lacked smaller options, but every time I tried to print small photos from a station, the machine crashed completely. I attempted on four different machines, and all rebooted when I tried to print. After spending two hours just getting the photos onto the machine using various methods, this was a total disaster.
