We recently used Grays to move from our flat to a house. Tricia in the office was incredibly helpful throughout the whole lead up to the move and the team that helped with the packing and the actual day of the move were excellent. They were friendly and helpful and did a great job in moving all our furniture and belongings. We would definitely recommend them!
I’ve used Grays for a few home removals including their storage facilities and I couldn’t rate them highly enough! They’re super careful with your possessions, they packed up my pendant lights where I’d forgotten them and took some of the stress out from what is a super stressful situation. Robert and the teams were really helpful and super friendly. Tricia, also was lovely and very accommodating. I’d highly recommend them as they’re an excellent company!
Robert and the team were super helpful, friendly and diligent in their work. Nothing was missed and nothing was too much trouble. They took the stress out of things and I never felt rushed which is so important when moving. Would certainly use again and recommend to all!
I would recommend this Firm in a heartbeat. They are polite, courteous, professional and really do go out of their way to try and accommodate requests you may have.The Moving house process is an incredibly stressful but these guys at least made part of it a lot easier.

Honestly couldn't have had a better moving experience because of these guys. They work so quickly, are respectful and managed to get us into our new place without breaking or damaging a single item. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and thorough removal service.
