I'm so glad I had Grays recommended - we hadn't moved in over 20 years and were quite stressed. But nothing was a problem and everybody was very helpful from Tricia in the office to Robert and his team on the day. I'm not going to move again in a hurry, but if I was I would happily use Grays again!
The third time I have engaged the fine gentlemen at Gray's and the experience was as efficient, polite, and good-humoured as always. They moved us and our toddler out of a flat (and weren't even fazed by the lift breaking down), and then put everything where we wanted it in our new house. Highly recommended!

We used Grays 2.5yrs ago and without hesitation I booked them again for our move out of London. Tricia was super flexible with the booking dates, the packing service was incredible and the removal team on the day were a dream. We were in the best possible hands and they made the whole day so easy for us. Including entertaining our 2 small children! We can’t thank you all enough!
Grays are amazing! We moved from East London to South Oxfordshire on 26th August and we couldn’t have hoped for a better removal company to help us. We paid for the packing service so two guys came to pack on 25th, arrived promptly at 7am and had packed the entirety of our 3 bed flat by 11am. They were super efficient, friendly, polite and had all the specialist equipment to carefully pack the broad range of our stuff. On moving day a crew of 8 arrived at 7am on the dot. The team, led by Robert, an all round decent bloke, worked quickly and carefully to empty the flat. We were able to clean the empty rooms as they went and concentrate on the last few jobs we had to complete before handing the property over to the new owner. When we arrived at our new property, there was 3 guys from Grays to unload the truck, and they were excellent again. Really patient as we made decisions about which rooms to put things in, and between the 3 of them they had the job done in 2 hours so they were on their way by 3.30pm. I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. We always felt like we were in safe hands.
Robert and the team at Grays were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the initial quote, packing service, moving out, storage for 2 months longer than we first thought, and into our new house everything went incredibly smoothly. They were extremely professional, careful, courteous, reasonably priced and a good laugh - what more could you want! I would recommend them in a heartbeat and in fact already have to a friend who also had a wonderful experience. Thank you very much for making our moves go so well.

Hiring Gray's was by FAR the best money I've ever spent. Every single person I worked with was so nice, hardworking and never made me feel like any request was too much or too annoying. I used their packing service as well and they took excellent care of our things, labelled the boxes with details and placed them into the correct rooms after transporting. I literally cannot think of a single thing I'd change about them or the experience.
