I own several of these jigsaws, and the quality of both the pieces and the boxes is consistently excellent. The colors are vibrant and clear, making even detailed images easy to work with. This is especially appreciated as I have cataracts and have had to stop partway through other jigsaws due to visibility issues.
There are simply too many similarly cut pieces in the ‘block’ areas, which detracts from the overall satisfaction. When backgrounds are very alike, the pieces need to fit differently; otherwise, you can never be sure you've matched them correctly, which is the essence of doing a jigsaw, in my opinion.
What an incredible company! I reached out about a missing piece from a jigsaw, and they were extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the puzzle was one they didn’t produce themselves, so they couldn't supply the missing piece. However, they kindly sent me a different and equally stunning jigsaw at no additional cost. Their customer service is impeccable.
